If severe weather conditions arise, you will be notified by text message or phone call of cancellation. In most cases, services will be rescheduled next day or later that same week. If rescheduling is not a viable option due to ongoing weather conditions, service will resume the following week as scheduled.

Services are billed at the beginning of each month and must be paid in full before your scheduled service date or paid for in person at the time of services performed.
If for any reason services must be paused, skipped or cancelled, a refund in the prorated amount will be issued.
